Overview
These training courses focus on the psychology of communication. We coach those looking to maximize their communication with smaller, more informal audiences, as well as larger conference set-pieces.

Neuro-linguistic programming
Through a variety of techniques, including those of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), participants train their brain to create a successful outcome to every meeting and speaking opportunity. They learn how to build rapport with audiences large and small and achieve a compelling performance.
Maximizing charisma
By identifying specific, testable attributes that create charisma, we give participants techniques that increase their ability to access the persuasive communicator within them. We reveal the non-verbal secrets that will help them strengthen interpersonal relationships.

Practical
Each session is interactive and designed to help participants recognize patterns of communication between people as they are happening. By improving their ability to recognize these patterns of interaction, they can better predict what will happen next and judge how to respond for maximum impact.
